Coconut Village itself began as a wellness space, but quickly evolved into something more, revealing a critical insight: wellness is not separate from performance; it is a leadership strategy. How leaders think, show up, and sustain themselves directly impacts team effectiveness, service delivery, and organizational outcomes.That perspective became even more defined during COVID-19.
